By accepting the services provided by Infinity Multi Solutions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to review this agreement, as your use of our cleaning services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Infinity Multi Solutions offers domestic cleaning services as arranged at the time of booking. Any modifications to the service must be approved by Infinity Multi Solutions before the next service. Customers are advised not to request changes directly from the Cleaner.

Customers are responsible for providing the necessary cleaning products and equipment. All equipment and materials must be in full working order. If the Cleaner is required to provide any products or equipment, an additional charge will apply. Infinity Multi Solutions is not liable for any damage to property resulting from the use of the Customer’s products and equipment.

By opting for regular services, you agree to a minimum of four consecutive (weekly or fortnightly) services. If you cancel before this period, you are required to pay for four 2-hour services in full.

All quoted prices are based on one cleaner. If two cleaners are assigned to a job, the cleaning time will be halved (e.g., a four-hour clean will be completed in two hours by two cleaners, each working two hours).

Payment should be made by cash or bank transfer at the start of each service unless another payment method is arranged with the office. Payment via Direct Debit/EFT is due on the day of service. If payment is not made directly to the Cleaner on the day of service, an invoice with an additional 10% fee will be issued.

All quotes provided by Infinity Multi Solutions are estimates based on the information provided by the Customer, assuming average room sizes of approximately 12-15 square meters. Larger rooms/living areas will require additional time. Cleaners may adjust the quote if the property conditions differ from those described at the time of booking or if the Customer alters their original requirements.

If the service exceeds the initial quote, the Customer may choose to pay the increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without completing the Service.

To request a refund, complaints must be reported to the agency within 24 hours of service completion. Infinity Multi Solutions aims to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. However, no refund will be issued if the Customer did not allocate sufficient time for the cleaning.

For one-off services (e.g., Driveway cleaning, Fence restoration, etc.), payment must be made before the service begins. If payment is made via EFT/Direct Debit, funds must clear in our account before the service begins, and a remittance advice is required as proof of payment. We reserve the right to cancel the service if payment is not received before the service starts.

For all one-off cleans, the Customer must inspect the property before the cleaner leaves at the end of the service. Any issues should be addressed directly with the Cleaner before they leave. Infinity Multi Solutions will not accept responsibility for any issues raised after the Cleaner has left.

For regular cleaning, any claims for damage to the Customer’s property must be reported within 24 hours, with a Letter of Demand sent to the office within four days of the incident. Infinity Multi Solutions’ Public Liability insurance does not cover loss of cash or jewelry.

We may request access to the property to assess any damage or problems to resolve the matter.

If the Customer requires cleaning behind or under heavy items (e.g., fridge, washing machine, etc.), they must move these items before the service begins. Infinity Multi Solutions is not responsible for any damage to the floors caused by moving furniture for cleaning purposes.

The Customer must provide a safe working environment for the Cleaner. If the Customer has pets, they must ensure the environment is safe for the Cleaner on the service day. Cleaners are instructed not to enter unsafe environments and will report any issues to Infinity Multi Solutions.

Cleaners are only allowed to use the second bottom rung of a step ladder and are not permitted to step higher or use chairs or tables to reach difficult areas.

A cancellation fee will apply if the Cleaner is unable to access the property, such as when the Customer forgets to leave a key or locks the gate. We require 24 hours’ notice for any service cancellation; otherwise, the Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $50.

For regular and one-off cleans (e.g., Moving/Spring), the property must have power and hot water available. If the Cleaner arrives and there is no power or hot water, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

At the time of booking, the Customer must inform Infinity Multi Solutions if the service is for an End of Lease Clean. Infinity Multi Solutions does not guarantee the refund of a bond on a rented property.

Parking – If the Customer requests the Cleaner to supply cleaning products and equipment, the Customer must provide a parking permit for street parking or a guaranteed parking spot. If metered parking is required, the Customer will cover the cost.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any amendments will be posted on the Infinity Multi Solutions website.
